Mexican Rice

  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 16oz can chopped Tomatoes w/juice
  • 2 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 can Peas
  • 2 cups Rice (not instant)
  • 5 Tablespoons Bacon Drippings
